Meet and Greet Airport Taxis
On every airport pickup the driver meets you inside the arrivals hall with your name on a board. It is part of the fare, not an extra.
How meet and greet works
- Give us your flight number when you book.
- The driver tracks the flight and times the pickup to your actual landing, not the timetable.
- They park in the short stay car park and wait in arrivals with a name board.
- The first 45 minutes after landing are free, which covers passport control and bags on most flights.
- They walk you to the car and help with luggage.
Meeting points
Heathrow Airport
Private hire cars are not allowed to wait on the terminal forecourts, so your driver parks in the Terminal Parking car park, two minutes' walk away, and meets you at the arrivals meeting point with a name board.
Gatwick Airport
Gatwick asks private hire drivers to use the Short Stay car parks, so your driver parks there and meets you in Arrivals just past the customs exit with a name board.
Stansted Airport
Your driver parks in the Short Stay car park beside the terminal and meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board.
Luton Airport
Your driver waits in the Pick Up Zone or Terminal Car Park 1 and meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board. The Pick Up Zone is a five-minute walk from the terminal through a covered tunnel.

Pickups include parking. From Heathrow to central London £86, Gatwick to central London £103, Stansted to central London £116, Luton to central London £114.
