Terms of Booking

1. Who you book with

A1 Airport Taxis passes your booking request to a licensed private hire operator, who confirms it and carries out the journey. Your confirmation names the operator and their licence details. Your contract for the journey is with that operator.

2. Prices

Prices shown on this site are for the whole vehicle and are fixed once your booking is confirmed. They include the airport drop-off charge and, for airport pickups, short stay parking. Extra stops, extra waiting beyond the free time, or changes to the journey may change the price, and you will be told before you travel.

3. Waiting time

For airport pickups, the first 45 minutes after your flight lands are free. For other pickups, the first 15 minutes after the booked time are free. After that, waiting may be charged.

4. Cancellations

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations after that, or no-shows, may be charged in full.

5. Luggage and passengers

Tell us the correct number of passengers and suitcases. If they do not fit the vehicle booked, the driver may not be able to take the journey safely.

6. Children

Child seats are provided free on request. Tell us the age of each child when you book.

7. Conduct

Drivers may refuse to carry passengers who are abusive or who put others at risk. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in vehicles.

8. Complaints
