What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, flight number and any notes you add.

Why

To price and arrange your journey, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of bookings. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

The licensed private hire operator who carries out your journey, and the driver assigned to it. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing bookings@a1airporttaxis.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
